Day 2...Part 2

Ok, so minor update.  After dinner some of the Vietnamese students took us to dinner!  We went to this great restaurant where we had these things like pancakes.  We took a cut up piece of this "pancake" which had sprouts, shrimp, and other meat in it and put it on a piece of rice paper with some lettuce leaves of our choice.  Then we wrapped this up and dipped it in fish oil and ate it.  It was actually quite delicious.  After this they took us to a frozen yogurt place called Yogenfruz.  They take the yogurt flavor of your choice (vanilla or chocolate), then choose your fruit and have it blended into the yogurt.  Then you can get the topping of your choice.  Overall it was a really fun night!  Later I will add pictures to this post.
